Alvarez In The Sun

Check it out! We just received a fresh batch of Alvarez guitars that are every bit as slick as their $1,000+ counterparts with beveled edges, solid rosewood, top notch preamp systems and that fast, easy feel these guitars are known for.

It's what's on the inside that counts...

Yup, it's here!

Taylor 914ce 'V-Class' braced guitar

Yup, it's *SOLD* but more are on the way!

Not to be over-arching but...

We just got in a couple of interesting archtop acoustics this week!

On the L: Harmony 15.5" ca.60's / R: 1972 Framus 'Studio' 5/51 (03000)

On the flatter side:

A Waterloo WL-12 MH

Feelin' Rootsy? We have a lovely trio of Gretsch 'Style 1, 2, & 3' guitars but don't wait too long considering there's an additional $25 off each model until Father's Day.

If a footstool and no fret markers is more your style then take look at this:

It's not every day a Manuel Contreras II comes into the shop and this C-5 is a nice example of a Madrid built (2001) rosewood & cedar used classical.

These old Guilds pop up from time to time and we're glad they do, especially from this era when they were doing great work.

1977 D40

Lookin' to connect?

All your hookups are here again!

**SIDE NOTE:

NO GUITAR TECHNICIAN JUNE 4th-8th! SO GRAB YOUR DUCT TAPE, BUSINESS CARDS, NUTS AND BOLTS TO GET YOU THROUGH UNTIL HE'S BACK! ;)

Start at 1 and count up...

Taylor Guitar's 100 Series is a great place to start:

I great place to experience all the features and tone these guitars possess with walnut layered back and asides, 12-strings, and that well-known ES2 Expression System. Yes, they always come with a quality Taylor gig bag!

The Guitar That Never Was

Sometimes you think you saw a guitar in our shop but you weren't sure so you come back to see if it's still here and it's gone.

Case in point the Gretsch 9511 Style 1 'Single-O' parlor guitar from their excellent 'Roots Collection' of guitars, ukuleles, and banjos.

We've had two of these instruments in stock that gathered no dust on our hooks! In fact, one person heard the first one we sold and ordered their guitar immediately!

We can get this model or any other Roots Collection Gretsch on special order for you: https://www.gretschguitars.com/gear/build/acoustic/g9511-style-1-single-0-acoustic-mahogany-back-and-sides-with-solid-spruce-top/2705601537

The difference when you buy from us rather than some online 'giant' that third party ships your guitar 'as-is' in the box is that we inspect & adjust every guitar we sell. You can also request your favorite strings and setup-good luck asking Amazon to do that for you. ;)

YAMAHA AEX-500N **SOLD**

It’s not often we see a Yamaha like this electric classical from the 90’s (AEX500N). This guitar has come by for a second visit! You can bet it won’t overstay it’s welcome.

Taylor 224ce-k DLX

Taylor's new 224ce-kDLX

has graced our hooks this week.

The two series guitars look gorgeous enough

but with the addition of figured Koa wood,

OMG!
